Entertainment service
Millionaire X is a trivia game for entertainment and educational purposes. Scores, virtual rewards, hints, and game progress have no cash value. The app does not offer gambling, real-money prizes, or financial advice.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase or advertising controls, or copy and redistribute protected app content except where law permits.
Questions and accuracy
We work to keep quiz questions accurate and clear, but errors may occur. Content is provided for general entertainment and should not be relied on for professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Advertising
The free experience may contain advertising supplied by third parties. Advertising availability, format, and frequency may change. Privacy choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Available purchases, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and benefits are displayed by Google Play or the Apple App Store before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration. A lifetime purchase applies to the supported app and store account; it does not guarantee that the app or every feature will remain available forever.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, software, graphics, and original content are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, or compatibility with every device and operating-system version.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
